ZW 系(xi)列給料(liao)機是我(wǒ)公司工(gong)程技術(shu)人員采(cǎi)用先進(jìn)技術 , 并(bìng)通過優(you)化設計(ji)的新型(xíng)給料設(she)備 , 其傳(chuán)動部有(yǒu)一對軸(zhou)承 , 機體(ti)支承在(zai)彈簧支(zhi)座上 , 當(dāng)軸與偏(piān)心質量(liang)回轉時(shi) , 機體作(zuò)近似橢(tuo)圓形軌(guǐ)迹的振(zhèn)動 , 其工(gong)作原理(lǐ)是依靠(kao)皮帶輪(lun)與傳動(dòng)軸的偏(piān)心慣性(xing)震動 , 因(yīn)而産生(shēng)較大的(de)有規律(lü)的振幅(fú) , 達到自(zì)動的振(zhen)動給料(liào)效果。

ZW series self-centering feeder is a new type of feeding equipment developed by our engineers with advanced technology and optimized design. A pair of bearings is installed on the transmission assembly and the machine body is supported by spring seats. When the shaft and eccentric mass are rotating, the machine body will vibrate in an oval track. Its working principle is that the eccentric inertia vibration of the pulley and countershaft generates a regular stroke and thus provides automatic feeding through vibration.
